This free program offers a safe and supportive space to share, reflect, and connect. Join us for one, two, or all three sessions as we explore how to recognize the signs of S.A.D., manage seasonal depression, and discover practical mental-wellness tools for the darker months.
Let’s talk openly, learn together, and support one another through the season.
